Halloween returns to Colton this year with the popular Halloween Festival which offers residents a free evening of family-friendly festivities. This year, the event will move to Fleming Park on Friday, Oct. 31 from 5–10 p.m. Presented by the City of Colton, Community Services Department, the annual celebration will transform Fleming Park into a Halloween Village, complete with games, crafts, entertainment, costume contests for every age group, a movie on the big screen, and, of course, candy. The day culminates in a viewing of Hotel Transylvania, starting at 8 p.m. Schedule of Events: Trick-or-treating; 5-8 p.m. Costume Contest; 6-7:30 p.m. Movie-in-the-Park; 8 p.m. For more information, please call 909-370-6153.
