Ingredients:
- 1 pound of pasta (penne, fettuccine, or spaghetti)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, julienned
- 1 yellow bell pepper, julienned
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup broccoli florets (try frenched green beans,too!)
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms (I prefer diced)
- 1 cup snow peas, trimmed (optional)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Prepare the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta and set aside.
