Description: Come and attend the West African Dance and Drum workshop in the Bing Wong Auditorium. Makeda Mumasi will be presenting a West African Dance Workshop for families. She will be brining a member of her Umoja Ensemble for a drum accompaniment. Mumsai will also be doing a reading of her new picture poetry book, "I See Hip Hop Afrika". Books will be available for purchasing and signing.
