Description: ARMC will be holding a Lunch and Learn event on July 10th, from 12pm to 1pm, in the Oak Room on the first floor of the main hospital building. This event is free and open to the public.
The hospital’s Executive Chef, Joe Eidem, will be demonstrating the how to make healthy taco and spinach salads, with superior nutritional value. Samples will be provided and recipe handouts will be available to take home.
