The upcoming General Election will hold its last voting date on November 8, 2022. For the city of Colton, there is one candidate running for Council Member- District 1: David J. I have been married to my wife Kerri for 34 years. I am committed to my family and the residents of Colton just the same. My Motto - "Initiate – Follow Through – Complete" 2006– 2022 Goals Completed - Endangered Fly resolved, which allowed New Pepper/I-10 Bridge. New Development Pepper/Valley. New Housing San Bernardino Ave/Wildwood. Medical University Pepper/San Bernardino Ave and Continuous work for further improvements to the District. Military Banner Program – "USMC Veteran," Paul J Rogers School Drop off Zone Brought "In God We Trust" to Council Chambers. Spay and Neuter program funded through the David Toro Foundation. Brought our yearly Paws in the Park to help our Furry family members. It has taken 16 years of hard work to accomplish these goals and we still have more to go. It was my vision that helped build and bring much needed revenues to our city.
