On 9/8/18 at approximately 11:37 P.M. officers responded to a shots fired call inside of the apartment complex at 800 E. Washington St, Colton. Upon arrival officers located one victim suffering from a gunshot wound to his upper body. Paramedics responded and the victim was pronounced deceased. The investigation is being conducted by the Colton Police Detective Division with assistance from the San Bernardino Sheriff's Crime Scene Investigations.
