SBVC collected their 20th consecutive Foothill Conference Championship and 25th overall as they swept the field and grabbed 14 of the top 15 spots, including 1st place to 11th place to take a “Perfect 15.” As a reward for leading the team, head coach Jim Ratigan, collected his third consecutive Foothill Conference Coach of the Year Award. For finishing first, freshman Michael Teran (Fontana Jurupa Hills), was named the Foothill Conference MVP, he wrapped up the four mile course in 20:25. Freshman Luis Ortega (Fontana Jurupa Hills) finished right on Teran's heels, only three seconds behind with a time of 20:28, good enough for second place and sophomore Derek Barnett (Redlands East Valley) crossed the line in 3rd place with a time of 20:38. Freshman Antonio Sanchez (Jurupa Valley Rubidoux) crossed the finish line in 4th place with a time of 20:45 and freshman Christian Sharp (Redlands East Valley) grabbed the final top five spot, with a time of 20:52 ending up 5th.
