Community Invited to Paint Murals for the City

COLTON>> Art can be expressed in many various forms and the City of Colton is inviting residents to Community Paint Days at the Gonzales Center. The community is invited to help paint a series of murals designed to beatify the city. The murals will be placed on underpasses within the city once they are complete. Participants can be a part of the project for as long as they would like during the allotted time on Friday, Dec. 2 and Friday, Dec. 16 from 9 a.m. – noon, 2-5 p.m. and 6-9p.m. Participants can also join in on Saturday, Dec. 3 and Saturday Dec. 17 from 9 a.m.- noon. All ages are welcome but children 10 years and under will need an adult with them. For more information, contact Public Works at (909)514-4209.
