Movies in the Park Activities Include Upcoming Princess Night

The City of Colton's Movies in the Park series is still continuing this summer! The Colton Community Services Department is continuing to host this free activity for families as a chance for Colton residents to come together with family and friends and watch a movie. All Movies begin at dusk, approximately 8:15 p.m.. All movies are shown in the City of Colton. The evening events will include Wii games on the big screen, jumper, info booth and snack bar opportunities in addition to the main feature film. Come early to pick your favorite spot and enjoy the snack bar and fun activities. Participants are also encouraged to join the movie Passport incentive. Collect a Passport at the first movie and get it stamped for all seven flicks to receive a special prize. Passports are available for children ages 3-17 and can be picked up during the movie at the information booth. The Movies in the Park schedule continues as follows: • July 31 – Space Jam at Rancho Mediterranean park, 700 East Washington Street in Colton. • August 7 – Maleficent – Princess Night! (movie changed) at Fleming Park, 525 La Cadena Drive in Colton. Dress up as your favorite princess for the Annual Princess Night.
