San Bernardino Strong Forum

SAN BERNARDINO >> On June 6, the San Bernardino Strong Developer Forum will take place at the St. Bernardine’s Medical Center, located at Matich Conference Center 2101 North Waterman Avenue 92404.

The San Bernardino Strong Developer Forum is a chance for developers, lenders and brokers to network and discuss future projects.  The event discusses trends and opportunities that are happening in the neighborhood. Panelists are given five minutes to introduce themselves and their area of expertise, while the moderator asks questions.  

Attendees will receive updates on Recent Investments: more than $50 million in the neighborhood, Current Projects, Adoption of Waterman/ Baseline Specific Plan, and Development Incentives.

 The event will begin at 8:45 a.m. and take place at 9:00 a.m. Registration will take place at desk in conference room. 

 The event will include a welcome by San Bernardino Mayor R. Carey Davis, after which, Community Development Director, Mark Persico will talk about recent investmenmts.

Chief Burguam will discuss crime prevention and this will be followed by a panel discussion. 

Beginning at 10 an audience Q & A will take place. 

Chris Thornberg of UCR will serve as moderator of the event. 

Brad Umansky of Progressive will speak, as well as Joe Cesta of CBRE and Stephen Casey of Costar Grojup. 

Closing remarks will be given by Alexa Washburn of National Core. 

The event will close with an optional tour of Arrowhead Grove.
