Voice of the People: Dr. Luis S. Gonzalez

I have lived in the city of Colton for over 92 years. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Dr. Luis S. Gonzalez for a day of remembrance for me and my fellow WWII Veterans on Colton Museum day. It was a memorable day for us all and one that the city of Colton will remember for a long time. It was wonderful to be remembered on such personal level and to be thanked for our time in the service "face to face" by the people of Colton. Dr. G. was present for the installation of my military banner on La Cadena Drive and also attended the school board meeting when the board presented me with a Veterans Colton High School diploma. A highlight in my life......thus far! Dr. Gonzalez' passion and commitment to our city is evident through his actions. Therefore, I wholeheartedly endorse his bid for Colton City Council, District 4.
