Internships are available for high school seniors at the City of Grand Terrace.

The intention is to provide work experience and a way to earn money to offset graduation costs.

"This internship is a great way to build experience in multiple areas from public works to administration," said City Manager, Konrad Bolowich.

Internship requirements are as follows:

  • Must be a graduating senior
  • Students can be from any high school
  • Must live in the City of Grand Terrace
  • Work is on weekdays after school

Students have the opportunity to make $15.50 per hour with 25 hours of paid work.

The program will open again in June for the next group of seniors with work throughout the summer and school year.

For more information, call the City of Grand Terrace at 909- 954-5200.
