Lake Gregory Regional Park Welcomes Summer with Discounts

SAN BERNARDINO >> Lake Gregory Regional Park is offering 50 percent off for both admission and its waterslide/splash combo during the first two weekends of June.

For these specific weekends, June 3-4 and 10-11, the price of admission will be $5 and the waterslide/splash combo will be $10, both including swimming access.

The discount is being offered by the County of San Bernardino to celebrate the beginning of summer and will be offered again the last two weekends of August to encourage visitors to enjoy the lake as summer comes to an end.

Located in the San Bernardino National Forest and constructed in 1939, Lake Gregory has provided the local community with a fun and safe location to swim, fish, eat and relax for decades.

Visitors to the lake can now enjoy a waterpark with slides, swings, jumps and floats; a marina with rental boats, aqua cycles and stand-up paddle boards; two winding hillside water slides; and of course, plenty of swimming in a clean, well-maintained park.

“We want to encourage everyone in Southern California to take the time to enjoy one of the true gems of the San Bernardino Mountains,” said San Bernardino County Supervisor Janice Rutherford, whose Second District includes Lake Gregory.

“We hope to see families taking advantage of the discounted entrance and water park fees, so they can see first-hand what Lake Gregory is all about.”

Lake Gregory Regional Park also provides hiking, fishing, a boat launch, and a concessionaire for food and snacks.

Lake Gregory is currently undergoing a state-mandated Dam Rehabilitation Project during which time the lake’s beaches and swimming areas will remain open for visitors to enjoy.
