ARMC Human Resources Officer Garners National Award

COLTON>> Arrowhead Regional Medical Center Human Resources Officer Kevin Saunders will receive a 2017 Top Corporate Leader Excellence Award, ranking him in the top 10 percent of leaders in the nation. ARMC will also receive a Top Leadership Development Program award. The awards will be presented at the 35th Leadership Excellence and Development conference in February at the Music City Center in Nashville, Tenn. “We are thrilled that Kevin has been recognized for his work on leadership development and the work of the People Pillar team here at ARMC,” said William Gilbert, hospital director. “We initiated our People Pillar, one of six strategic pillars, to improve employee satisfaction, recruitment, retention and to reduce turnover rates and awards like this show that we are making progress.” The annual LEAD conference brings together more than 400 executives. The event is focused on inspiring individuals and enriching lives. All LEAD winners are featured in the February Excellence Essentials magazine. ARMC is located on a 70-acre campus in Colton, California and is a Level II trauma center. ARMC operates a regional burn center, primary stroke center, a behavioral health center, four primary care centers including three family health centers and provides more than 40 outpatient specialty care services.
