A tiny nonprofit venture, affectionately dubbed the Purr Ground Arcade, has burst onto the scene, bringing together two of life’s greatest joys: retro video games and adoptable feline friends.

 

What started as a whimsical idea by a small collective of cat-loving enthusiasts has quickly transformed into one of the town’s most heartwarming—and wildly popular—destinations. In a village known more for its hiking trails and cabin charm than quirky attractions, the Cat Arcade has become an irresistible beacon, drawing visitors from nearby cities and even out-of-state adventurers eager to experience the one-of-a-kind venue.

 

The concept is simple, yet genius. Step inside and you’re instantly transported into a hand-painted wonderland, where each wall bursts with color, whimsy, and love. Local artists donated their time to transform the space into a feline fantasy filled with retro gaming nostalgia and modern-day flair.
