Arthur L. Ornelas Sr.
October 13, 1957 – August 28, 2025

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Arthur L. Ornelas Sr., who entered eternal rest on August 28, 2025, at the age of 67.
Born on October 13, 1957, Arthur was a beloved husband, father, brother, uncle and friend.
Arthur is preceded in death by his beloved son, Joseph Ornelas, brothers David and Gilbert Ornelas and his cherished parents, Luciano and Grace Ornelas. Their reunion in heaven is surely filled with love and peace.
He leaves behind his wife, Mila Ornelas, who stood by his side through life’s many journeys. He is also survived by his loving sister, Naomi Basen , and his six children:
Arthur Ornelas Jr., Ronnie Ornelas, Tina Hernandez, Eric Ornelas, Adrianna Ornelas, and Jessica Ornelas — as well as a host of Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
Arthurs' favorite quote and bible scripture is "I love everyone", and John 13: 34-35 " A new command I give you: Love one another as I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this, everyone will know that you are my Disciple."
Arthur was loved by his friends and family, and he had a special bond with his nieces and nephews. Even those that were not related would call him "Tio Tudy". He will surely be missed, but definitely never forgotten.
Arthur lived a life full of love, family, and cherished memories, and was proud to be part of City News Group, where his work and commitment to the community touched many lives. His contributions will long be remembered by colleagues, and friends.
Arthur will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him, but his memory will forever remain in the hearts of those whose lives he touched.
Services will be held Saturday, October 4, 2025, at 1pm,
Echoes of love Ministry 710 W. C St.
Colton, CA with reception to follow immediately.
